Christian "The Fisherman"

Tuesday night around 10:00pm , yes I said 10pm, Christian caught this 16 inch fish in the pond down the road from our house. I have never seen Christian so excited. Savannah and I were at home cooking and Savannah said, "Can I call dad and see if Christian has caught anything?" and I said, "Sure." As soon as Allen picked up the phone Savannah said Christian started saying "I got a fish!" The fish was so big and fought so hard the reel on the rod would not turn. Finally between the two of them they were able to get it on the bank. Savannah and I hopped in the van and went down to see his enormous catch and take pictures. I think this was the best day of Christian's life. Oh, and the fish is in our aqarium right now. I have no idea what Allen was thinking when he said he could keep it. He is the best dad in the world. How many dad's would do that?
