What a day for a bike ride....

See, this is one of many advantages to homeschooling. While all the kids were in school today, we all went on a bike-ride ate lunch at Pizza Hut and had ice-cream at Baskin Robbins.

It was a perfect day! The temperature was like 74 degrees and my wonderful, handsome husband took off work so we could have a no-stress family day!

We started the day by going to the Greenway for a bike-ride. It was incredible. Christian is doing awesome riding his bike this year (no training wheels) and he would scare me going down the hills. I would say, "BRAKE,Christian" and he would say, "I like going fast." Savannah always wanted to be the leader. She would say,"Come on mom, let's leave them behind so we can have time to ourselves." and I would say
"We came as a family, let's try to stay together." We took alot of great pictures. This I will say is probably going to be one of my favorite memories. I can't believe how old the kids are getting. They are so much fun to be with. I am so blessed to be able to spend all day every day with my two beautiful children. They are such a precious gift from God. In Psalm 139 it says Wonderful are your works. My soul knows it very well. That is the verse that come to my mind as I type this. How precious to me are your thoughts oh God, how vast is the sum of them. If I were to count them they would be more than the sand and I awake and you are with me. Thank you God for all our blessings.
